Sworn In LLC ("Sworn In," "we," "us") operates the swornin.app website and the INKy SMS service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Early Access Signups. When you submit the early access form on swornin.app, we collect your email address, your selected role (artist, client, or studio), your IP address, your browser user agent, and the timestamp of your signup. This data is stored in our Supabase database for the purpose of notifying you when Sworn In opens.

INKy Web Chat. When you chat with INKy on swornin.app, your messages are sent to our server and processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Web chat messages are not stored on our servers and are not associated with your identity unless you explicitly provide it. We rate-limit web chat per IP address to prevent abuse.

INKy SMS Service. If you opt in to the INKy SMS service at 747-298-INKY, we collect your phone number, the messages you send, the timestamp of each message, and your studio affiliation if known. We use this data to provide the INKy SMS concierge experience, including conversation history so INKy can respond contextually. SMS data is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Notify you about the launch of the Sworn In booking platform
• Provide and improve the INKy SMS and web chat services
• Detect and prevent abuse of our services
• Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS Messaging Policy

By texting 747-298-INKY, you agree to receive SMS messages from INKy. Message frequency varies (typically 1-10 messages per month). Standard message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. Reply START to re-subscribe after opting out.

We do not share your phone number or SMS conversation content with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data is not sold.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate Sworn In:

• Supabase (database hosting) — stores early access signups and SMS conversation data
• Vercel (web hosting) — hosts the swornin.app website
• Twilio (SMS delivery) — sends and receives INKy SMS messages
• Anthropic (AI processing) — processes INKy chat messages to generate responses

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number, email address, or conversation content with marketing partners.

5. Data Retention

Early access signup data is retained until you request deletion or until Sworn In LLC ceases operations. INKy SMS conversation history is retained to provide contextual responses; you can request deletion by replying STOP and emailing hey@swornin.app.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hey@swornin.app. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Sworn In services are intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at hey@swornin.app.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to early access signups and via SMS to INKy subscribers.
